Where we ship from

All orders are packed and posted from our warehouse in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We currently deliver to addresses in Australia only.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered by Sri Lanka Post tracked air parcel in 7–10 days from dispatch. Every parcel has a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the order ships. You can follow the parcel on Sri Lanka Post and Australia Post tracking.

Shipping cost

• Shipping and handling is $18.78 USD per kilogram of total order weight, charged per started kilogram.
• Example: a t-shirt (330 g) and chinos (450 g) weigh 780 g, so they ship as 1 kg for $18.78. Three shirts (350 g each) and two pairs of pants (450 g each) weigh 1.95 kg, so they ship as 2 kg for $37.56. Denim is 950 g.
• The maximum parcel weight is 10 kg per order. For larger purchases, place a second order.
• The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

Orders under AUD 1,000 enter Australia duty-free under the low-value imported goods rules, so there is normally nothing extra to pay on delivery. Every parcel carries a commercial invoice and products ship with original brand tags.

Returns

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, hair pieces, hosiery, underwear bottoms and swim products cannot be returned.
• Return postage to Sri Lanka is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered — in that case we refund the item and the postage.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
